1
Diatomaceous earth on empty stomach. Food-grade diatomaceous earth mechanically damages parasite exoskeletons without harming gut tissue. Take 1 teaspoon in water 30 minutes before food. Build from every other day to daily over 2 weeks to avoid die-off reaction.
2
Black walnut hull tincture. Juglone — the active compound in black walnut hull — is a potent antiparasitic that disrupts parasite metabolism. Most effective taken on empty stomach. Part of the classic Hulda Clark antiparasitic triad.
3
Pumpkin seeds — raw, 30-50g. Cucurbitacin in raw pumpkin seeds paralyses parasites, preventing them from holding onto the gut wall. Eat on empty stomach. One of the oldest and most documented antiparasitic foods. Must be raw — roasting deactivates cucurbitacin.
4
Ginger tea. Anti-inflammatory, stimulates gut motility, and has direct antiparasitic activity against Anisakis and Giardia species in published studies.
5
Castor oil 1 tablespoon on cycle days. During the full moon — when parasites are most active reproductively — a tablespoon of castor oil in the morning accelerates bowel transit and mechanically removes dislodged parasites and their eggs before re-embedding occurs.
Avoid
Starting too fast — die-off reaction causes temporary flu-like symptoms, fatigue, and skin flares. Build slowly over 2 weeks. Sugar and refined carbohydrates — feed parasites directly. Alcohol — impairs the immune response needed to eliminate dislodged parasites.
